Laughter is very good for your health and exercises your facial muscles with ease. It relaxes your entire body and boosts your immune system. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins that promote an overall sense of well-being and protects the heart. It decreases pain, relieves stress and improves your mood. It improves the functioning of blood vessels and even burns calories. A shared laugh can diffuse anger and conflict.
