Double Bear sends coded love note disguised as flame war

Double bear today is the talk of the city as he sent a coded love note masquerading as a diss-piece to @xawi confessing his undying love for her. Hoping that she would be the only one to decode his post, it became quickly apparent as to what it was really about to all that could see.

We asked Bear Squared about what was going through his mind at the time:

Well, man, everyone knows that I'm a bit edgy in Neoxian City, and I have a lovely wife. I can't be seen to be fraternizing with young ladies in town. I have a reputation to upkeep. So I sent her it in code; safe from prying eyes. I guess it's all out in the open now.

Drug use is rife in Neoxian City

In a worrying study it seems that smoking neoxag is the new trend in our city. People can simply collect some neoxag, fire up their null, and smoke it.

The trend has tentacles deep within the Tribe Council and extends all the way up to Neoxian himself, who I hear likes a good hit from the null. There is no plan to make it illegal, only that people smoke their neoxag safely and responsibly.

@Neoxian appears and then quickly disappears again

In his strange godlike ways, Neoxian appeared for several minutes over the last two days to grace his city members with much love, but then disappeared as fast as he had came. This may have been due to the sleeping sickness recorded in yesterday's edition of the spectacle -- he may have either been trying to stay away from it, or even the great Neoxian himself wasn't immune to real life syndrome.

When he appears again our reporters on the ground will make sure that they quickly corner him for questioning.

New Citizen Sharp @ackza appears to have solved time travel

In an event which we expect happened entirely by accident, Citizen @ackza has found ways to manipulate time, and we're not sure if he's even aware of it himself yet. Onlookers have called the experience freakishly awkward. He comes up, talks for a while, and then in an instant he's gone. We interviewed a few on the ground.

He comes up to talk to us, and then in a flash -- he's gone. Not there anymore. It's a weird feeling. It sort of feels as if we fell asleep because what he's telling us really isn't on topic, or even in context with what's being said -- and then in a space which feels like only moments, we're warped to night time where everyone is silent and gone to bed.

Strange. We'll try and interview @ackza if we can work up the courage to do so.

Lots of immigration here, which we like

In lighter and upbeat news, more and more people seem to be emigrating to the city of Neoxian. I myself spoke to one such musician last night. He was an organ player, to which him and I had an in-depth chat about music and life:

Apparently both of us concluded that we liked to play with our organs.

I also signposted him to chef @burlaj, because playing with your organ can be hard work. And what better way to satisfy our cravings than to cool down in Chef @burlaj's diner having a good old chomp on his meat and washed down with his tasty drink. All for free. Cheers to the selfless city chef!!
