A few months ago alarms were raised about two possible new projects related to the Mafia brand. According to records made by Take Two Games, both Mafia IV and a remastered version of Mafia II are on their way. And now, a new source points in this same direction and reveals numerous details of these two projects that, each time, seem more and more real.

Entering what this user says about Mafia IV, we find that according to the information provided, the project would be totally real and would be in full development. All Hangar 13 teams except the Czech Republic would be working on a Mafia IV that would be really ambitious. The game would be set in Las Vegas of the 70s and would continue the story of Mafia III.

As for the technical section, it is explained that it will be a new engine, built from the one used by Mafia II and Mafia III, but which will allow a greatly improved visual section. Thus, Mafia IV would have planned to be presented next year and launched in 2021 for PC and the next generation of consoles.

But everything does not end here, and this user has also talked about the Mafia II remaster. "Yes, it is real and will arrive sooner than you think. I am not sure when, but they have said that 'soon'. The Czech studio of Hangar 13 is working on this, is a complete improvement and uses the Mafia IV engine" , explains the user. "Think of the levels of Resident Evil 2 Remake."
