Custard Cakes

These are custard cakes with curd cream. Today, for the first time, I made custard dough and, to be honest, at the first stage I did not manage to cook the dough correctly, so I used the second attempt after which I got the right choux dough with the right consistency.





Making cream is the most pleasant part for me when I ate a small portion in a few minutes :).





Ingredients:

Dough:
50 g butter
a pinch of salt
100 ml of water
100 g flour
2 eggs
Cream:
100 g of cottage cheese
50 g butter
30 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
20 ml condensed milk


Instructions:


Put butter in a small saucepan and add water. Add salt and put on the stove. Bring the mixture to a boil and sift the flour into the mixture. Mix everything well. When the dough turns into a uniform lump, remove it from the stove.

Then add eggs to the dough and mix everything. The consistency of the dough should be thick.

Fill the pastry bag with dough. Squeeze the dough in the form of rings on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Bake custard cakes for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C, then lower the temperature to 180 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes.

For cream mix the softened butter with powdered sugar and vanilla. Then add condensed milk and mix well. At the end add the cottage cheese and mix everything again.

Cut the custard cakes in half and add the curd cream.

At the end sprinkle custard cakes with powdered sugar.
