Did you spent time engaging some of post in steem a lot? Or maybe you experienced the good benifits of the #newsteem? Then you already know about this "manual curation" is goong on in steem. If what I'm saying manual curation now of course I'm referring to those bots or accounts use as promotion of a post. Have you seen trending article, their earning's of the post was insane. The dollars sign are huge like 100+ or more. Most of that post that became trending, account was paying for thst bots. They used it so that many steemians will notice their post. They did that for more exposure and many will encounter that. Actually some of that post were paid by an account to recieve huge amount of upvote's.

Now let's go to the main topic of this content. Do you have an idea what is "manual curation?" Well if you don't I hope I can give you some ideas about my opinion. Before, in the #oldsteem it's hard for you to ean upvotes from whale's. If I said it's hard, it means you can still earn but only small percentage that you will. Because before most of the whales will only upvotes those who sent them steem for a promotion.

Now welcome to the #newsteem where small account or big account can earn the same upvotes from whale's. That's what I am talking about "manual curation." Manual curation means the whale's on steem are spending time reading your article. Yes, they read it, they just don't auto upvit. If your article is good or interesting they will hit you with a big upvote. Even me I'm not fan of promotion did earn bigger upvote from whale's.

Many curators in steem are looking for those quality content. They're spending time now to hit with a bigger upvote. Even though you're just a small account and didn't send some steem to earn their upvote's. They will gladly to hit you with an upvote, upvote not just 0.000 but an upvote of 2 dollars. It's a real deal right, blogging means going now. Many authors will give their best to write to earn an upvote.

We the small account have chances that will earn for sure here. That's why #newsteem is awesome now. Don't keep on complaining about your earnings now. Before you'll keep on complaining ask yourself first. Did you give your best in writing, did you spent lot of time here? Don't blame steem for this, blame your hardwork here that it's not enough. Because of this manual curation I'm inspired to write or to share of my content. Remember not just an idle content if you're asking the whale's to give you bigger upvote.

I learned also that most of the auto farming account is spending time curating now. Unlike before they only give upvote by themselves but now they're giving others with a valuable upvote. Be glad about this #newsteem, you can't just earn bigger now but you can also read with a wonderful blog. There's no excuse in writing, tears and sweat must fall first before we'll ask a bigger amount of upvote.
