My Appetite Will Visit Me Again Tomorrow 😋🍖🍚

One thing that I like when my dialysis time comes is that my mother would buy me my meal and then holds with her hands the two cups of rice that I alternately spoon out to my mouth. One bowl would hold the extra rice and then the other one was the rice meal itself with pork pieces and gravy in which the staff in the convenience store that knows her would really bathe the meal with lots of gravy which I liked because it makes me to easily chew it and swallow it plus it does taste better that way.

The convenience store clerk would put more than usual pork pieces if my mother was the one buying so after eating really I am full to the brim.

Mother would cut the pieces into two, usually there are just five pieces or more of those pork so I get to have ten or more and a few spoonfuls of rice per piece makes me eat more especially with lots of gravy that makes the meal tasty but only in dialysis.

Actually the rice meal in a bowl is not really that outstandingly delicious, it was the dialysis machine that makes me hungry that I was able to eat such non-regular amounts of food considering that I am suffering form an appetiteloss prior to eating, what more if I have a better appetite?

My dialysis treatment is so efficient enough to make me feel the urge again to eat even after an hour after being hooked-up at dialysis. If I was using a regular dialyzer (the blood filter or artificial kidney) I do not get that hungry and was just eating crackers and coffee. It is because the dialyzer itself could not even get my blood glucose down which is the reason that I do not get hungry.

Now with a bigger dialyzer with a much bigger holes with its membrane the bigger molecule toxins gets out easily as well as the nutrients that my body needs and it explains that I am washed off much relatively better than other patients especially nowadays that I was able to support my blood pressure with caffeine capsules and energy drinks.
