BBQ Chicken and Moonlight Night

It was really beautiful evening we have arranged the BBQ party on the roof.

The night was really beautiful and we went to the roof to make the food, it was a Moonlight night we found afterwards! Although, bit cloudy but was a perfect night for the BBQ party.

After we have finished the first bowl cooking process, the wind becomes stronger and we had to find the shade to avoid rain and wind.

We thought we have to stop cooking but my cousin managed to continue the cooking with the help of some kind of barricad around but he worked hard as the smoke was going into his eyes.

Finally we had nice dinner and the food was really delicious.

Process:
You need to cut the chicken into pieces, small pieces would be good as it would be cooked well soon. After cutting the chicken wash and drain the water well. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with all the ingredients suggested and we did marinate the pieces couple of days before the party and kept them in the deep fridge. The longer you keeps the chicken marinated the chicken would be more delicious.

As we have used charcoal grills. Traditional charcoal grills are inexpensive and cook smoked grill, if you love the smoky one then traditional charcoal grill would be recommended.

As the charcoal grills is too hot please be careful and it would not take more than 15 minutes to have your smoked grill chicken.

During burning remember to brush little oil on each side, we have used mustard oil to get nice flavour.

Ingredients (quantitie as you love):

  1. Olive and Mustard Oil
  2. Diced Onions
  3. Garlic, minced
  4. Tomato Ketchup
  5. Vinegar
  6. Worcestershire sauce
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. Chicken
