I know that the impression of this title is a little confusing, what happens is that I added two extra pictures that will accompany this publication because in the same place where the rosemary and the oregano orejon is found there is a beautiful flower and a beautiful garden spider.

Since I was a child I knew about the medicinal advantages of rosemary. My father used to prepare a tonic to stop hair loss which consisted in boiling rosemary with abundant water and letting it rest and then storing it in a container.

Rosemary

Rosemary is an herb that comes from the Mediterranean area, its scientific name is salvia rosmarinus but it is called rosemary in Europe and a large part of the American continent. Its use dates back centuries where it was commonly used to flavor different meats, the most popular being beef and pork.

Rosemary has been used to treat different diseases and conditions such as wounds as it has excellent anti-sceptic properties, in its internal use or ingested we find that drinking rosemary tea can relieve the worst of stomach pains, another virtue of rosemary is the ability to be able to expel bile. Rosemary can be effective in fighting the common cold as well as dealing with asthma.

Its antioxidant properties help stop free radicals, and it has also been used in alternative therapies to fight AIDS, Colon cancer, leukemia and breast cancer.

It also has a rich aroma that can be added to any preparation whether you are a vegan or a carnivore.

Oregano

The other plant that I have used personally is the oregano orejón, I have suffered from small allergies and various respiratory problems, I have never liked artificial medicines, and growing up in a city where there are many people who are masters of natural medicines or as they are popularly called "yerbateros" I was in contact with natural medicines, the preferred oregano orejón tea which has excellent anti-spasmodic properties and effectively opens the airways.

From its origin is not known exactly what continent it comes from because it is found everywhere where there is abundant moisture, the Greeks took it into account within their culture oregano means the joy of the mountains, just as rosemary has an unmistakable aroma, having these two plants at home is synonymous with exquisite penetrating odors that brighten up the atmosphere.

Another effective use at a medicinal level is as a treatment for kidney stones, most of the recipes are through infusion just by drinking tea you can feel relief if you have a cold, or if you want to open your bronchial tubes.

Flowers and spiders

The photographs you have seen in this publication were taken in the common garden where my mother-in-law lives, and in addition to having some nice oregano ear plants and rosemary there are garden spiders and ornamental flowers.

As I have said in other publications, my eagerness to portray the natural and to preserve the environment is my lifestyle. In every action I find a pretext to be generous with the environment, even my crafts as a puppeteer I offer workshops of manufacture with recycled materials, as a musician I have composed themes that speak of our culture of the herbarium and as a photographer I have been in charge of capturing the beauty of nature through graphics.
