Hamstring Achilles tendon stretching yoga office exercise

For this exercise you need a chair. It is best if the chair is the size that it is under the chest (this can then be better used for further exercises).

You sit straight on the front edge of the chair. Now stretch out your feet and make sure that they are close together. The feet should be on the ground with the heel.

When this is done, you support yourself with your hands on the chair. At the same time, your hands are stretched straight. Also just keeps your back.

The exercise is to stretch the foot tendons and hamstrings in the leg. It is important that you do not exaggerate the stretching exercises and perform them responsibly.

When in position, you can hold it for 20 seconds or as long as it is comfortable.
