Who else gets high as hell on cough syrup?
I have been sick all week: finally had some energy today and got some things done. Still behind on grad school, but then again I'm still coughing, too. Just not nowhere as bad as I have been.
Out of the SEVEN weeks of 2020 so far, I have been illness free for TWO of them. I axxually came online to whine and cry about that, but being a wiseass can cheer me right the hell up...so thank you for listening ;>
Maybe, just maybe, I wasn't high on the cough syrup, but knocked out from the cold (and yes, I'm sure it aint Coronavirus). I slept away two days, basically, and had a hell of a time getting to sleep last night even chugging the rest of the syrup bottle.
Hell my gut muscles and back muscles feel like I been a punching bag for a week, and I guess I have been.
In 2019, I went to the hospital 4 times, twice in the ambulance.
I guess this is what being old is all about.
But I can't wait to get back to the gym, anyway

Personally, I don't like cough syrup. Guess I'm weird.
I'd say don't get sick anymore, but getting sick is part of being alive. I consider it a challenge, before the whole human race, to quote a rock band.
Do get back to work though.

I think there is at least two posts to go before we even have a framework to finish up our government/utopia discussion.
my next post will likely be my idea of utopia, and why I laugh at the concept it could even be attainable
