At the summit - My entry to People Photography by Worldcapture - Week 53

Been long since I've joined your contest, @worldcapture! Well, probably because 99% of my photos DON'T have people in them! 😂 This one is an exception thow, and I tough this moment deserved to be recorded.

I was at the summit of mount Bolletto, a small mountain in northern Italy, when I noticed this couple reaching the peak as well. It's at least around a 1:30 hour hike from the nearest village, but for them I bet it took a little longer. I admire people that overcome what some would find as obstacles, and still find the time and energy to hike in the nature.

Although not immediatly apparent in the photo, the "backpack" on the person in the back is actually a toddler, that had a really happy face! Well done for the parents that bring the kids in their hikes, even at a young age, and present them with amazing views as this one!
