I could feel the stress you might have passed through during those times you didn't have well like this. We live in a country where we cater for most of the things we needed. I believe, government should help in provision of pipe borne water to its citizen and just charge some token every month if they can't do it free of charge since It will also need maintenance.

I think that's what the govt does years back, my grandma do talk of government water then but its no longer in play now and its not easy at all. Its one man for himself now, I just hope and pray things gets better in this country. Thanks for the comment.
