Chinese Temple

It was mid-September when me and my friends came to Baguio City and visiting Chinese Temple or also known as Bell Church in Baguio City Philippines and for me was a good experience.

Bell is Church is the Chinese Temple of Chinese Filipino Community in La Trinidad Baguio.It is known to be a religious and cultural site of Filipino and Chinese community and becomes a tourists attractions for foreigners and visitors coming to City of Baguio.


According to history it was founded by Chinese immigrants in Benguet led by Ng Pee on 4th of August year 1960.He started to preach on a restaurant then due to increasing numbers of devotees he transfer to his place then back to Bell Church with the help of local Chinese community.
In entrance of Bell Church you can find a colorful images of dragons ornated in its arch and other chinese Inscriptions.


There are images of Buddha and images of Saints featuring on Pagoda's site.You can also found lotus plants on 2 octagon ponds in front of main temple.
Bagua is the octagon motif found in Chinese Temple, a chinese culture that means rebirth and immortality.


The Bell Church current site is choosen due to good "Feng Shui".The Interior and exterior was made according to "guidance of Chinese Saints".
