Croissants with Chocolate

Croissants can be quickly prepared from puff pastry. For the filling, I chose milk chocolate, which in the baking process becomes soft and turns into a delicate chocolate filling.

Croissants with chocolate for breakfast, I think this is the most pleasant start to the day.
I love to try the croissants still hot, so they seem to me a little tastier. Do you like to start the morning with croissants?

Ingredients:
1 layer puff pastry
100 g milk chocolate
1 egg yolk

Directions:

Roll the puff pastry into a thin layer. Cut the dough into identical rectangles. Then cut each rectangle into two triangular parts. Put 2 pieces of chocolate on each triangular layer of dough and wrap.

Lay the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the croissants. Each croissant smear egg yolk.
Bake croissants for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
