Hidden Falls - A Walk Next to Little Goose Creek

The following images are from a little walk we took a few years ago next to Little Goose Creek near Trout Lake WA where we lived at the time.

Our first stop was the main falls. They are pretty close to the road but completely unmarked. It's mostly the locals that ever visit these falls.

Here is a shot of some of the early fall colors that were starting on some of the ground cover.

Back down the road a ways is a small trail that takes you down the other side of the creek. There is a series of small falls leading up to the larger one shown in the first image.

From the trail they are all pretty well partially obscured by foliage.

I took what I could get from the trail as I wasn't ready to scramble down and up the river bank with my new camera. :)

And finally the master at work, haha. Okay, more like the rookie getting to know his camera. :) Photo taken by my girlfriend with a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active.

Photos taken by me, @oldmans, with a Nikon D3300 and CPL filter with some Lightroom post processing except where noted.

Thanks for looking and enjoy your day!

Such a beautiful secret place to have @oldmans. Lovely waterfalls and change of colours with the seasons. Beautifully photographed. Always so much to learn with a new camera. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎

Thank you @allyinspirit! It was a nice place to visit and some good challenges to my budding photography skills. :)
