Food Photography - Dinner in Flowers

Greetings dear community.

Last night dinner was full of colors. I bought vegetables and fruits and wanted to make a more light and healthy dinner. I used lettuce, purple onions, tomatoes, a pinch of salt and coriander.

I've read that letuce helps to relax and to sleep. I think this information is right because after I eat it I always feel like sleepy. Does this also happen to you?
