No water in the Desert

There was a big realization from Spiky. He found out that there were no enough water in the desert which is a big challenge for the people in there. He planned to help them by putting a long hose connected to their faucet at home up to the desert.
It was a success! They now have water in the desert. But he will have a problem dealing and explaining to Pinky their Water Bill which costs $9,999,999.00

The greater revelation will come when Spiky realizes that the city water company will spent most of that $10 million bill to get the water he purchased back into the city water system.
