Fixed up a small bug with SE Tools

The tabs wouldn't load due to an issue with the way JSON_Stringify works with empty arrays (which are meant to be dictionaries in the final output), so it couldn't load any of the token icons and names, and thus stopped loading all the tabs completely.

It was only brought to my attention today by my friend @definethedollar, so thank you for that!
