It's really a great article, thanks for that @milaan. The only thing i would like to add is, patience.
A minnow has to wait a long before earning even a penny. But consistency and patience will do the job. That's the only thing new blogger in steemit should understand

Yes absolutely, the only problem with people is that since Steem pays, people used to front-run their dreams and that is where they ended up with high hopes, and the same people can engage in facebook for years even without earning a single penny. Steem pays and values our effort and time, that's the great motivation for me. Steem on...
