MY ENTRY: QURATOR TASTY TUESDAY #100 - FILIPINO VEGAN AND FISH SOUP / MY FAVOURITE THURSDAY #ccc 2.22

A growing older woman must observe the daily intake that never hurt our aging body and life span. Growing in a province taught me how to be a vegetarian. So what I did as I am now living in a big city, I plant my organic vegetable in the garden of my employer's house.
For my entry in @qurator Tasty Tuesday, I cook my favorite Filipino soup with Milk Fish.
How to make is a very easy and simple steps.
° One piece of milkfish cut into 4 pieces
° Sweet potato, onions, and ginger and tomato.
° Lemongrass for the best aroma and spinach, making the soup a little bit sticky.
° The tomatoes will give the soup taste a little bit sour.
° The moringa has a lot of benefits to our body so it is one of my ingredients all the time I cooked soup.
** Procedure is just simply bringing the water to boil and add the spices, tomatoes, and lemongrass, add the milkfish and after 10 minutes add all the rest green leafy vegetables.**
Done and serve hot!

Why I initiated a contest?
The time I joined steemit, no other way I grow my account. No whales upvoted me since I am not a good blogger. The process of learning I found in this blockchain made my self-esteem so positive. I maintained my daily commitment by joining any kind of contest so I believed initiating contest will help my fellow steemians to grow. I have no huge amount of them so I used my SE tokens as prizes. I hope this will encourage my comrades to do what I was doing 20 months in steemit.
