Looks delicious!
Looking at the ingredients, quite healthy too. So many veggies in one pot!

If by some highly improbable chance at the end of all this your stew is not thick enough -- ADD A POTATO!

This is a lifehack. Those starchy potatoes are no joke. Corn Flour is nice but sometimes it feels a bit too thick to me, as if takes away the homeliness from the cooking.

You will eat it and you will like it.

Haha, I couldn't help that voluntary grin. 😄 This has to be cooked someday, but some of the veggies will be replaced by local ones.

We south asians have similar dishes, but we do not cook stew to be honest, we make curries. That is meat stew with a lot of spices with one or two variants of veggies. Turmeric, ginger, chili powder, green chili, cumin, cardamon, cinnamon, black pepper and of course, garlic, salt and onion too—all goes in the same pot. You could say, we're spice junkies. 😛

Yes, very healthy 😄 I'm practically living on this stuff at the moment in a bid to be healthier and lose some weight. My son refuses to eat it so this whole pot is for me, haha. Fine by me -- more for me!

I've never been very good with curries and/or spicy foods. My poor tongue gets set on fire very easily, haha! I tried making a laksa a couple of years ago, a very mild one, and even that was on the cusp of too hot for me. It's disappointing.

spice junkies.

😅

We have an Indian restaurant that opened recently. It's called Spice Garden. So not quite Spice Junkies, but I was just reminded of that. Hehe.

Haha, not wanting to eat veggie-rich food is perhaps a global phenomena among the youngsters.
What can I say, even I myself carry some of that hatred towards green goodies to this day. 😌 I eat only a selective few I like, although they're quite adequate. Love those cauliflowers, broccoli, potato, carrots.

Ah yes, that "spiciness" (is it even a word?) is notorious! I remember once I forgot a 'Naga spice' in my back pocket. Well.... the whole thing was disastrous. 😂
