Samsung Adds BTC Support to Its Blockchain Keystore For Developers
Samsung, the South Korean multinational conglomerate, On August 13, published the company’s new Blockchain Keystore SDK for developers and the latest release supports Bitcoin Core. The version follows Samsung’s previous Keystore release which only supported ETH and the ERC20 standard.
The new Samsung BTC support can only be accessed by app makers and developers right now. It is only residents from South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, the U.S., Germany, Canada, and the U.K that can use the Samsung Blockchain Keystore.
Interestingly, Samsung added support for the Klaytn blockchain as well. This means developers using the Note10s, Galaxy S10, S10e, S10+, S10 5G can use ETH, any ERC20, BTC, and KLAY tokens.
