When I find myself stressed after a long days work I take myself down to the beach for a walk sit by the rocks listening to the crashing waves while watching another beautiful sunset unfold, always seems to unwind me as your may have notice I love sunsets my friends call me the sunset chaser. I am not only saying this because it works for me, it has been proven by many researches that sunsets or sunrises have many psychological effects they enhance the long lasting satisfaction in our lives not only mentally but physically also, sunsets and sunrises play a major role in relieving our daily stresses So next time you're having a rough day take yourself down to your nearest or favorite beach and watch that beautiful sunset melt your stresses and worries away.

Take that little time out and watch them breathtaking sunsets your body will love you for it, you will notice your mind will most likely be caught up in that moment giving your body ans soul a break and you will feel more refreshed, and life will just seem that little better. It has been said by many researchers, every sunset is an opportunity to reset yourself, just like when your reset your computer it all feels refreshed and ready to go again. 🌞

Those are some awesome photos. Since I've gotten down to the islands here in Thailand, watching sunrises and sunsets are becoming routine here. I can certainly agree with what you say. They are very therapeutic in many ways. As for my sunrise posts, it's gonna be a while until I get them out, I have a lot of photos to sit down and edit and blog posts to write. Now I'm just enjoying the island. Spending most days outside.

Being at one with nature both sunrise and sunset lifts the spirits. Very varied photography with moods and shades painted across the sky.
