Organ Demonstration | Hauptwerk Raszczyce | Vermeulen (1965, 21/II/P)

A funny thing happened yesterday. When I was recording this demonstration, I forgot to press Start Record in OBS Studio. Instead I pressed Start Streaming and all my playing went to Vidas' Secrets of Organ Playing Channel. I was so relieved that it wasn't gone. I had to wait a while until this video had processed to download it and re-upload it to my channel.

This organ was built by the Dutch Vermeulen company in 1965 and originally stood in Almelo church in the Netherlands. But in 2010 it was relocated to Raszczyce, a village in Silesia, Southern Poland where it stands in almost unaltered condition today. It has 21 stops over 2 manuals and pedals.

The style of this instrument is Neo-Baroque and combined with nice acoustics of the church it gives a wonderful listening experience. This sample set was made by Piotr Grabowski. Hope you will enjoy it!
