In the Forest | Organ Improvisation | Hauptwerk Chemnitz

One of my book club friends celebrates her 50th anniversary and I've been asked to improvise a piece based on 2 themes - "In the Forest" by Mikalojus Konstantinas Ciurlionis and "Ilgiausiu metu". In the Forest was the 1st symphonic poem by any Lithuanian composer. "Ilgiausiu metu" is a well-known Lithuanian song for birthday celebrations.

I combined both themes into an ABA form. Hope you will enjoy the sounds of Sauer organ sample set from Chemnitz on my Hauptwerk setup!
