5 SLP can be held, always worth 5/25th of a silver quarter's of value. You could sell for whatever the market will bear, or you can hodl as a store of wealth or you can purchase 20 more to make enough to redeem for an actual silver quarter.

Most people hold on to the token, waiting for silver value to rise.

No I am sorry, there are no plans to offer redemption outside the U.S. You are free to buy or sell the token for speculation purposes - it's still an excellent store of wealth.
