Receta Tarta de ciruelas y pasas

Una receta muy simple pero muy buena echa con la crema de pastelería sobrante y algunas ciruelas, pasas semisecas.


  • 2 tapas de hojaldre de mantequilla
  • 4 o 5 ciruelas pasas
  • 1 cucharada grande de crema pastelera
  • canela
Utilizo ciruelas pasas de Agen, si están secas deben rehidratarse durante 15 minutos en agua o té tibio. Deberán exprimirse un poco y colocarse sobre papel para eliminar el exceso de humedad.

Mezcle la crema de hojaldre con un poco de canela, luego colóquela en el centro de la tapa de hojaldre.

Luego coloca las ciruelas pasas.


Moje los bordes de la masa con un cepillo y agua fría.

Coloque el segundo cuadrado de masa encima, presionando bien los extremos para sellar todo.

Con un cortador de galletas, dale forma redonda al hojaldre. Si no tiene uno, simplemente gire el tazón al tamaño correcto en el hojaldre y corte la masa que sobresale con la punta de cuchillo.


Haga un pequeño agujero en el medio para permitir que escape el vapor.


Prepare una yema de huevo, 1 cucharadita de agua y una pizca de sal.

Mezclar bien y decorar el hojaldre con un pincel.


Hornee a 200° durante 20-25 minutos, controlando la coloración.


Puedes probarlo frío, pero lo recomiendo solo tibio...
