Dec. 13, 19: AutomaticWin, Zombierun, Grading Finals, and Xmas Party

Up pretty early this morning again. Out and about with time enough to score a #AutomaticWin!! 😃

To be honest, I didn’t really pay much attention to the story again today on my Zombierun. I mean, how can they top Girl Scouts in mechs?! No warnings today. Four out of four zombies evaded and mission complete.

Not so chilly today as yesterday. Still a bit of wind 🌬 but at least there was some breakage in the cloud ☁️ cover.

There’s this neat little bridge out along the nature trail. Don’t think I’ve ever taken a pic of it and thought it might look cool...kinda’ rustic.

Pond is frozen completely solid again.

The ice looks amazing. Some parts totally clear where you can see all the way to the bottom and other parts cloudy with bubbles or even green muck just frozen in place. 😝

In the woods the leaves have frozen together into a solid chunk making a pretty cool looking pattern.

I spent most of the afternoon getting finals graded. Pretty proud of myself that I've gotten all the grading done in one day. Just need to get them entered into the system tomorrow and I'm properly on vacation.

I’ve been making just enough DEC to invest in a quest potion each day. I think they’ve been worth it, made it the highest I ever have today!! Fought my way up into the mid 2700’s!!! I didn’t quite make it into Diamond, but hopefully tomorrow...I see a glimmer of hope.

Reasonable daily rewards today, not really anything to write home about, though:

In the evening we went into town to meet up with some of my wife’s colleagues for a Christmas after party. 🥳
