Learning Leadership Through Sports

It is never easy to be a leader and many may not even get the chance to lead.

In the videoclip below, we can see aspiring potential student leaders, who have yet to get a chance to take up leadership roles, learn about leadership through ActiveSG’s leaders Sports Programme.

Many were given opportunities to step out of their comfort zone to lead during the games.

A good leader should set a good example to others and a leader would need to be dependable to its team members.

A leader should also learn to communicate effectively.

There were many other aspects of leadership that these potential student leaders were able to pick up through the Sport Programme.
