Covington won via dominant 5 round decision. Fight went like I thought with Covington's wrestling proving to be too much for Lawler. Covington also won the stand up battle too which is impressive. The question now is who get's the next shot at the champion Kamaru Usman. Covington or Masvidal?

Masvidal's flying knee knockout of formerly undefeated Ben Askren is still fresh on everyone's minds and before that he knocked out Till, so denying either Masvidal or Covington a chance at Usman is tough. I think they should fight each other to be honest.
