Corona Virus Lockdown And Keeping Spirits High With The Splinterlands Game – Day 5

I stepped out today to go get some medications, I saw few people outside today than I did two days ago. The interesting thing I saw was a police chase. Yes. Movements are restricted as announced by the Federal and State governments, but people are allowed to walk to get essential items (medicine and food), people working in essential sectors with IDs can also drive to their location.

However, there are these motorbike guys called locally as Okada rides that use their motorbike for commercial transportation purposes to make money. Some of them are uneducated and are floating the law, in the picture above we see a policeman on motorbike patrol chasing an Okada rider who has a passenger at his back, it caught my attention because the Okada rider drove past me with great speed and I was wondering why he was driving at such speed until I saw the police motorbike going after him. With my phone in my hand I was able to catch the action.

I got the Fire splinter today and felt good about it because I thought it was going to be a walk in the park. However, it turned out to be a very disappointing performance from me at the battle field because I started with six resounding defeats to my opponents. I even dropped to a lower league during this time and just when I decided that if I were to lose the seventh battle, I’ll change the quest splinter, I finally got a win. Why didn’t I think of changing splinter after the third loss. Lol.

Anyways, I finally got my act back to gether and bounced back to the league I was in before finally completing my daily quest. What a day.

Rewards day 154

I got another poor run on the reward stuff today as I only got I Rare card, some Common cards, some Legendary And Alchemy potions and a bunch of DECs.The sum of all the DECs does not add up to cover the cost of the quest potion I bought.
