Spoiling The Family With Some Ice Cream And My Splinterlands Battles
I was an Ice cream day for the family, it has been a long time since we had one because of the lockdown but now that we have partial opening of the lockdown some of the places we can buy ice cream are open again and the companies that are producing it are also able again to produce them. I can't tell you guys how happy the wife and kid were when and got home and best of all it tasted so good, not that it doesn't always taste good but been a long time we had one it just tasted more special.
As usual the Corona virus infection numbers are growing by the day and what is scary about the stats is that Lagos where I live keep recording the highest number of infected people. This is understandable if you look at it from the point that the state has that highest number of people living in it and it is also the commercial nerve center of the country.
It borders me that people feel that the relaxation of the lockdown a bit means that the corona virus has gone or is about going away. While I wish it will got away, I am still cautious of the fact that it is spreading like wild fire because the stats we keep seeing released everyday shows that if nothing is done to curtail it we will be seeing ourselves in deep poo. Which isn't funny at all because people are losing their lives here.
Again I got the death splinter and unlike yesterday I found the game more fun today and less stressful. I gained more points today after completing my daily quest and even moved to the midpoint area to the next league. I didn't bother doing too many battles today because my capture rate is still a bit low and not where I usually want it to be, which is around the 80 to 90 range as you earn more DECs if your capture rate is at the higher level. I wish my quest tomorrow will be like the one I had today so that I can make an attempt to enter the next league. Anyways, let's see what tomorrow will bring.

It was just two Common cards, a bunch of Legendary and Alchemy potions and then some more tiny collection of DECs. I wonder if there is going to be some real goodies at the end of the season or if it is going to be the way it was the last season. Lol.
