Learning and still learning all thanks to yoodoo

This is a 2019 post coming in 2020..ehehe..what a great way to usher in the new year by showing appreciation to God and the team behind this post. Sometimes in December I won the task created by @oracled now @yoodoo and @dapplovers which you can find here. I must say this is a really great feat in my life cos I need this win among others.

Firstly the task came at a very wrong time for me and it took me almost 5 days to write a single post unlike when I used to make sure I write my two allocated post before deadline. Notwithstanding, I am grateful and lucky enough to be picked and counted among the winners for this post here about Trippki.

I have been thinking about what to write all to no avail and at the same time trying so hard to sound reasonable so as not to fall victim a second time of vote witch hunters. Like everything else happening around me, from christmas to change of time and season and then moving into the new year. Time juat looks like a bit expensive for me and to write a simple appreciation poat is looking like a big deal. I am starting to be free of all busy burdens and finding time to dedicate myself to my crafts both on and offline.

When I joined the platform I had zero knowledge about writing and it took the grace of God and a huge luck to have not be picked by steem cleaners in my early days. Now I am better and getting there with a little dedication and practice.

Bigups to this awesome task presentation by @yoodoo and @dapplovers because this is the most important key to my growth when it comes to writing. I have taken my lessons from joining this tasks into winning few original works task too.

It takes nothing to better oneself but time, dedication and consistency on ones craft. This 3 element will help hone ones skill and take one from zero to hero. It has sure helped me become a better writer, who has also learned the act of paying attention and double checking a work of art which has resulted to extreme patience while working. Now I am no more in a hurry to submit without double checking and tripple checking my work.

These tasks has also helped me to climb the sp ladder a little faster than others. I am sure if I have tasks like this on the daily, I will be close to being a whale😂.

My journey has been nothing short of amazing and I am grateful for this team of community @dapplovers, @yoodoo and neoxian for finding ways at which people like me can continuosly grow and earn through our pen and skill.

Shout out to this gem of mine @xawi whose birthday was yesterday. She is one of the realest on the blockchain you can ever come accross. Sorry xawi even though I still owe her a lot of money😀😀😀. I pray this new season of yours be filled with abundant blessing and peace that surpasses all understansing. If you were to have been a Nigerian citizen, you would have been christened 'Abiodun' meaning born in the new year.

I was also lucky today in my splinterlands journey. I got a level 3 rare gf Gemlin and I feel like I am starting the new year on a golden level..ahaha....
