I have a question.
The gentleman talking at 23:50 states that all the witnesses are volunteers and elected by the community.
Is it not true that the @berniesanders group of accounts was one of the ninja miners?
And is it also not true that he uses those tokens through multiple accounts for the purpose of appointing witnesses?
If that is correct and not just a false allegation that floats around, should we not freeze all of those tokens as well?
Would that not create a level playing field and ensure the top twenty witnesses will make decision that benefit the community at large and not just the largest Stake holders as is the case right now?

I believe there are a number of different definitions of the ninja-mined stakes.
I do not have the information to make any judgement on that
