Not Your Witnesses, Not Your Blockchain
Hey Steemians
I just read the open letter from @steemitblog you can find it here. Looks like all they needed was a hop, a skip and a jump to get back ownership of their blockchain and well what's really the point of us being here anyway?
Lol for all the lip service they give about community surely that means having it in the hands of the witnesses regardless of what they do is always the best bet.
Well as they say in crypto, not your keys, not your Bitcoin. So clearly that should be extended to not your witnesses, not your blockchain in this case.
I'm just putting this post out here so that everyone knows I originated the phrase, it it does go viral lol! Thanks and may everyone continue to power down and freak out, no different from any other day here lol

I believe a chain split is inevitable.
That's going to be one big mess! I hope it doesn't come to that, but I can see it happening for sure. Ideally I'd like for them to burn the ninja mine or put it to good use and keep selling till its in the hands of more users or for onboarding

I like the phrase. LOL It is pretty insane all the pecker whipping around here. People just swinging their dicks around violently. Hhahahah And then employees all quitting and all saying they are going to "collect their thoughts." Looked fabricated.
Yes I agree it wasn't handled great on both sides but in the end I think it was the best course of action, it opened up something that we never knew, collusion and their willingness to centralise things and their willingness to use other peoples money is deplorable
If it takes the steem blockchain in its current form to be obliterated to bring down Justin and CZ I say go for it. They belong in jail, the more heat they feel the more capital they lose and investors get scared! We have a great opportunity to tarnish any credibility they have and I think we should beat this one for all its worth
