He baselessly claims it is a "ponzi scheme" which just shows that either he doesn't understand how it works or (more likely) he just doesn't understand what a ponzi scheme even is! And the blatant hypocrisy in him trying to fight "vote selling" when that is exactly what he did with his bidbot! As as bidbot owner with over a dozen alt accounts he is in no place to judge what is right or wrong here on Steem. Now he is mad that his scam has ended. So like an upset child, he has decided to take out his anger (caused only by his own failures) on other innocent people. Making him nothing more than a big bully!

Once that happens all of the news outlets will start talking about how our Steem DPoS blockchain is indeed capable of stopping a sabotage like this with community our strength.

Even though I barely have any steem power, I'm still doing the best I can to help!
I had a bunch ofthe OGs already voted from months past and last week's refresh. Added more just now to take back the blockchain.
Doing my little bit and used up all my witness votes to help take back Steem
did it hours ago without need of incentive nor knowing about it ;)
My votes are in.....some i just couldn't vote for no matter what they have done for this chain. People who want to "govern" this blockchain should watch how they treat people here. The old group has a lot of entitlement so this purge (after we get at least 6-7) is a GREAT thing in my mind. I wanna see actions and leadership before i give out votes. I can even vote for people who disagree with me and i do it all the time. I will NEVER give a vote to someone who has been disrespectful to me or anyone else i see here. We all matter....every single vote and every single steem power....and that exactly how it should be.
Promise Required for Witness Vote.
_1. Witness Vote Number Per STEEM Should be 1 instead of 30.
_2. Number of Major Witnesses should be increased to 50 (now, Eventually several hundred or thousands) instead of 20.
_3. Witness Node Software Should Be Made Easy to Install and Run so that commons can run Witness node.
_4. Remove DownVote Except for Strictly ilLegal contents i.e human/durg/weapon/kid porno trafficking, copyright/personal info infringement, scam etc.

Hope the voting system for witness finally change to only five or three or even distributing the vesting between as many witness everyone wants but divided at percentages. This ideas are not mine but many witnesses and developers have put them on the table for make important changes a long time ago.

We need the Top 8, or 11 of the top 10 including 1st or all but 1st.
I dont know the super specifics but it will be very hard to maintain a majority with less than 11 unless it's all the top 8, 1st is VERY important.

Only two left to finish my homework, need to double check some old votes are still active, I don't need upvotes for that, it's kind of our responsability, it's always been that way, the witnesses, the pannels, the discord discussions to know who you vote for... I am crypto illiterate still for most part, just a mere content creator but that top 20 all unknown scared me. Heya buddy - even I rarely have time these days - I learned a lot about our community!!! Hence I managed to find some minutes to re-asign (complete the 30) some witness votes yesterday - before I voted we had three of our old Witness in Top 20, after voting (some little ones only followed) we had four in the Top 20 - probably not because of my vote - but all vote counts - also did an encouragement post.
It is obviously cool that the big boys from exchanges and Sir Vitalik of ETH are backing our community up - finally good PR.
I am heading a PR agency outside Steem life and given buy days have not a lot time to keep track on all on Steem - GOOD thing I learned a lot since days via Twitter what the blockchain people think about Steem - this a good sign! nd maybe even worth a post!

You know a solution to that? Stop supporting @smooth from fucking the author pool every day with @burnpost. That should definitely help decentralization in witness voting... Not to mention its a scumbag crime from the get go to fuck over authors with a hack like that.

thanks, @theycallmedan have been away from steem for some time but I had returned a few weeks ago when Ned created this shit fuckery and Justin appeared on the scene. I can't fault the guy but if you purchase a new company and your employee's start resigning then that's a serious problem and he's intentions just don't seem right with what he wants to do with the chain. Steem has so much potential for growth I see good things coming for us all. As for yourself being heavily invested in steem in early adoption. Have also been following you on Twitter.
