Can it animate a static photo or jpg?. I want to know, I'm not going to do the cliché 'I will check it out' comment I see around here always.

hmm, creating an animation is not that much easy to do but these tools may help out to create uniqueness in photos. We can make a design more beautiful while creating text on photos.
Im fact I was searching for this kind of tool few days ago, when I wanted to make animation from a photo. Does it has the possibility to add some animated graphics over the photo, too?
