what Steemit is for?

Hello

A random image I took 5 years ago. I guess attaching one of my photos to my post is the only rule I have followed so far, maybe except one or two times.

I'm writing this post because of this: @sukhasanasister

I like simplicity, I try to think in a simple way, I want to have a simple life style. In that manner, I think bunch of people realized now that social media and blockchain technology are on rise, a social media based on blockchain should succeed. They also gamified it which makes it more attractive.

I feel like they didn't expected the attention it got, so they were both more than satisfied and not ready for improvement and it resulted to what we see now. Some leaving, some trying to fix it.

But who likes simplicity these days? Lets go for some conspiracy theories.

We know that many (maybe all?) tech companies gather users' information for different reason, most probably for "improving their service". ha! I believed that...
Probably they use it mostly for selling more, gathering more money, but CIA and NSA should be satisfied too. But sadly they're never satisfied, not those looking for more power, nor those looking for more wealth, not until their dead. They were not satisfied with what google, facebook and other big tech companies offered. They wanted more. Google is for a normal person, what would people post on "immutable social media". The normal stuff people post on facebook and twitter?

Another conspiracy theory that I like is that there's an organization we don't know about and every thing we see (created by man) is an experiment done by that organization to see people's reaction. Like making a phone that is almost 2000$ and see who will buy it. Making the most ridiculous videos trending on youtube and then check the comments section. Create a social media and call it immutable and without censorship and see what people post there.
Creating things, from cars and cellphones to news to sports to apps and gather more and more information about people, not one person, the whole people so they learn to control them more easily, so they own people's mind, make them think you can't live without money, you need a car, America is the super power, and so on. To limit people's mind, cut their wings, destroy their creativity till their just a slave.

I am afraid, I am a great believer of such conspiracy theories as you mention: they seem to me to be grand plans of Oppositional (dark spiritual) forces which bleed into mainstream corporations (executive bodies). The remarkable thing to me always seems how people let themselves be contolled so... (too indolent and negligent o care otherwise) ....

That's part of it, making people believe they're not strong enough to resist it. And that's why I think we shouldn't think too much about those conspiracy theories, the more you think about it the more it becomes your reality.

Again, I like that simple way of thinking (not the dumb one), simply most of the people want to use the power they have for their own good (mostly material-wise good) from that poor guy sleeping on the streets, to the president of United States, but the latter has more power.

president of United States, but the latter has more power.

... or so he may be led to believe... Wouldn't it be lovely if the tables suddenly were turned upon exiting this life? May we all be wary and respect the binman and the shoe-polisher, and the man in his cardboard box as valuable and wise (possibly, if not by definition of their jobs!).... Respect seems to be the key here. And authenticity the lock. Let's open more hearts and close more brains.

Let's open more hearts and close more brains.

I go for balance here, or to be more exact, I think (better say I feel) one should follow his heart, using his mind.

I guess the power I mentioned is just over the material world, bodies of people, not their soul. I think that poor guy has more chance in changing someones heart than Trump. And our body is nothing compared to our soul, and that part of the world that governments can change is just a small part of the whole world. So basically we're all powerless.

So basically we're all powerless.

... and thank God for that!

It is so true, though, isn't it? That there can be no proper governance over our soul by external dominance.

Our body could be a temple for our soul. Why else come to earth, be priviliged and gifted with life and that special knowing unique to man, uniquely expressed in word and deed? If not to bear witness to God's Glory, his infinite Wisdom, and Creative Consciousness? As such our bodies are instrumental and altars at the same time. Like some of our organs double up, too... For this reason we may ornate, embellish, celebrate our physical self as bearer and deliverer of our Spirit to our Soul.
