Lose weight and look good episode 114

Ok. This is an out of the blue sports post. It was a short rain the night before, and the weather is pretty nice. It's public holiday, I'm supposed to enjoy the cooling weather and I forgot to switch off the damn alarm clock, woke up and unable go back to sleep again. I decided to put on my gears and hit the start button for my jog.

How cooling it was? The open air car park space with water puddle, the sky that was still dimmed by the heavy cloud, and sun bursting out from the far side of behind the hill, all that is the indication of a fresh day!

How quiet can it be, having a holiday at the middle of the weak? This photo said it all. Usually, during the middle of the week if there's a public holiday, many would decide to sleep in, probably sleep until they skip their breakfast. Unfortunately, again I would like to mention I should do the same, but I forgot to turn off the damn alarm clock! Anyway, priceless on working out during holiday. It certainly feels like I own the whole damn park.

Anyway, upon reached home, I was requested by a WeChat group in the Karaoke team to show face so I took a quick selfie cam. Before I hit the shutter, I realized I haven't shave yet, so have I turned myself behind the sun and here we go.
