Could it be that #boringpostwednesday is back?? Probably not, but while I find myself with a very rare 5 minutes spare, I'll try and get out some info about whats going on behind the scenes and where we are heading.

So let's kick this off with what we usually kick off with.

I'm very happy to say that the accounts VOTING POWER has climbed right back up to where I want to see it. In fact, I may have cut the rates by too much. But like pulling off a plaster, it's best to do it quick and get it over and done with straight away (we'll that's what I think anyway).

So VP has CLIMBED, but for some strange reason, atleast 2 members have pulled delegation, one for 2500sp and one for 100sp, thanks both for NOT telling me.... I know the world doesn't revolve around me, but please help me out here guys/gals, it was only because I was monitoring the account more than normal that I picked up on it. It could have been days and you could have gotten "free" upvotes if I hadn't of noticed.

With that said, now that VP is on the climb again, I'll look to raise everyone's voting % if VP hold in the mid to high 90's.

The @ssg-community account is now getting to the stage where it is self-sustaining. WOW!! Thank you all for being here for the past 2yrs. Its been an amazing journey, but for me, its just the start. I'm planning on making @ssg-community and the #steemsilvergold community THE place to be on steemit, and turn "Precious the silver mermaid" into a community account POWER HOUSE.

Thanks to the 50/50 curation split post-HF21, the amount of steem generated every week is almost perfectly balanced with our weekly outgoings. Now this, for me, has 2 side effects:

1 - NO MORE #MONSTERRAFFLES
2- Continued Steempower growth.

Neither a bad thing, but I do love a Monster raffle and we could always hold one just for the sake of it, or to help offset the cost of the 2020 #steemsilverround??

Speaking of the #steemsilverround, Mr SSG himself, @raybrockman has come up with a great idea to help make the next round possibly even cheaper.

As promised in my last SSG blog, I mentioned putting out an extra 10000SP request to help off set the drop in voting %. So today I put out 2X 5k lease requests and I hope they will get filled quickly.

The @ssg-community account is always looking to increase its SteemPower, so if you have any SP going spare and want to delegate directly, I can pay you a better rate than through #minnowbooster or #dlease. This is possible because those platforms take a 10% cut before paying you your share.
