My Story: Maintenance Generator Engine (Eng/Ind)

Hello Hivers..... Hopefully, the friends Hivers always in good condition, healthy and happy.

This morning as I usually have to go to work. Because it is still in one direction with children who also have to go to school, I also had to deliver the child to go to the school. The distance between the child's school and my work place is very near.

Morning still cloudy weather in today. Highway quite dense and a lot of puddles of water. But I eventually made it to work safely. I work here already since from 2005 until now.

Schedule our work today is the maintenance of the Generator Engine. We used to do it every week. We have to check the condition of the Generator its engine to ensure they can operate properly.

In the place we work or our office, back up generator machine with 1500 KVA as much as two units. And we have always been treated well. Battere, oil, radiator etc we check and do the recording in the log book special, according to ISO standards.

Usually we perform maintenance to engine generator every Wednesday. From morning to finish during the day. The whole room and the devices that are mandatory clean from dust. To maintain the performance of the engine generator and the panels in his operate properly and automatically.

O yes... After we finished and before we left the room the power house, we have to be sure that all devices are already in a state of automatic, because if you forget then the consequences could be fatal and can interfere with the stability data of the satellite in our country, in the event of a sudden power from the state electricity company. Though backed up by the UPS, but will not last long.

Hello Hivers..... Semoga teman-teman Hivers selalu dalam keadaan baik, sehat dan bahagia. Jumpa lagi di blog saya ini.

Pagi ini seperti biasanya saya harus berangkat kerja. Karena masih satu arah dengan anak yang juga harus pergi ke sekolah, saya juga harus mengantarkan anak kesekolahnya. Jarak antara sekolah anak dan tempat kerja saya memang sangat dekat.

Pagi yang masih cuaca mendung di hari ini. Jalan raya yang cukup padat dan banyak genangan air. Tapi akhirnya saya sampai di tempat kerja dengan selamat. Saya bekerja di sini sudah sejak dari tahun 2005 hingga sekarang.

Jadwal pekerjaan kami hari ini adalah maintenance Generator Engine. Kami biasa melakukannya setiap minggu. Kami harus mengecek kondisi Generator Enginenya untuk memastikan bisa beroperasi dengan baik.

Di tempat kami bekeja atau kantor kami, back up mesin generator dengan 1500 KVA sebanyak dua unit. Dan selalu kami rawat dengan baik. Battere, oli, radiator dan lain sebagainya kami periksa dan di lakukan pencatatan di log book khusus, sesuai standar ISO yang berlaku.

Biasanya kami melakukan maintenance untuk generator engine setiap hari Rabu. Dari pagi hingga selesai di siang hari. Seluruh ruangan dan perangkat yang ada wajib bersih dari debu-debu yang menempel. Untuk menjaga performa generator engine dan panel-panel di dalam nya beroperasi dengan baik dan otomatis.

O iya... Setelah kami selesai dan sebelum kami meninggalkan ruang power house, kami harus yakin bahwa semua perangkat sudah dalam keadaan otomatis, karena jika lupa maka akibatnya bisa fatal dan dapat mengganggu stabilitas data satelite di negara kami, jika terjadi pemutusan listrik mendadak dari perusahaan listrik negara. Meskipun di back up oleh UPS, tapi tidak akan bertahan lama.
