A Romantic Place to Enjoy Pasta Mania

My wife @enjiliew introduced me to this place where she had her pasta buffet for just RM15 6 years ago. We visited this place again a few days ago and saw the buffet price went up to RM26++. 100% increase in price but it is normal in F&B such as this restaurant as inflation is real.

This place is located at SS7 of Petaling Jaya in a row of shop lots that faces to a manmade lake. Overlooking the lake, there is high end residential area with grand bungalows erected overlooking to the lake.

We went in from the back door under the parking podium that we had our car parked. At first we thought we made it here for the buffet but unfortunately the buffet is for lunch only (from 11.30am to 3pm, approximate that range of time).

Walking into the restaurant and welcomed by the US Flag. Haven't been to the States though but definitely want to make a trip there!

A very cowboyish feel deco, is like bringing Lousiana right to PJ.

We were then led to the lakeside seatings and seated right beside the lake. Great place with view and old pop musics in the 90s.

As usual, I went for the signature chicken chop as I would try the chicken chop of different restaurants to test their capability to make a decent chicken chop. A way to gauge the quality and whether or not it is worth a comeback. Well, good news here is that I would make a comeback for this restaurant!

And for my wife, she chose this shrimp scampi. The taste was filled with the shrimp essence. No doubt it is made with good skill and the chef really delivered how the food was described in the menu.

Well, my next trip here would be for the buffet pasta. Looking forward to it.
