Best 'kacchi biryani' in the town!
'Sultan's Dine'- the name became very popular in recent times in my city. They only serve 'Biriyani' and 'Polao' so you can understand the hype. I was thinking for a few days to dine there. But I heard the place always used to be packed and it's a struggled to get a seat there. So, never tried it. Last, Friday I thought why don't I just take away some biriyani.
As I have shared they are popular for their Kacchi biriyani which is a mixture of mutton, rice, and spices; so I ordered the famous kacchi biriyani. It will not be an overstatement if I say, this is the best biriyani I have ever tried in my life!
I ordered for two-person. But the portion was really huge. One serving contains four-piece of big size mutton. So, I think two person can easily take one meal. The food was fabulous. The mutton was tender and juicy. The potato was really nice. And the rice was just awesome.
They did not provide any salad or pickle with the biriyani in the takeaway. But I think if you dine in they will provide it. Also, they have other food items like Polao, chicken curry, mutton curry, and soft drinks.
The overall environment was also quite good. The place is very popular and you will get to see this type of rush every time. So, we have to consider this if we need to try the best Kacchi. The price is a bit high compared to other places. But if you taste the kacchi you will understand the price worth it.

The recipe you have shared looks fabulous. I sometimes eat something similar. But that's not from our cuisine. I'm guessing the origin is Durban, maybe.

I don't know the meaning of 'Kacchi' but it's surely not synonymous as mutton. Because there is 'beef kacchi' too.
