Dahi Golgappe ~ A Great Snack

Hey Foodies,

I was on my way home from my study center and I met up a stall which was selling Golgappes ( a round, hollow puri, deep-fried crisp crepe and filled with a mixture of flavored water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas)

He was having the regular water flavoured Golgappes too but he had a special offering. Locally known as
DAHI GOLGAPPE which is basically Curd Golgappe.

Primarily it consists of curd instead of water as well as a number of stuff which makes it even more interesting and exciting to have such as the chutney, and the bhujia with salad and spices.

It is really a great snack which will keep you hungry for more and this guy really knows pretty well how to make it the best. I have had it a number of times but this guy really makes it AWESOME !!

Do have Dahi Golgappe, it's fabolous !
