Cooking chicken stew for breakfast and lunch

Today I decided to cook some chicken stew as I am bored at home while I am still jobless.

For this dish, the ingredient I use is as the following:

  • black pepper roasted chicken (half bird)
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 carrot
  • 3 US potato
  • butter
    First, I cut all my vegetables and put them in the frying pan.

Once done, I try to put the chicken into a pot with some butter and let it fry for a while to increase the flavor.

Once I feel there is enough flavor, I put all the vegetables into the pot with 1 bowl of water and let it boil around half an hour.

Just to be safe, I add some pepper to make sure it covers up any strong unpleasant taste.

Here is how it looks like when done.

The meal was great, had a rice flavor thank the butter, onion, and pepper.

Looks good. Never heard of US potatoe…..is that USA???
And maybe you can contact some old rich ladies and cook for them and clean a little for a salary.

I think it is originally call Russet potato. In Malaysia, we call it US potato because it is from US.
