Steaming hot buns

These are delicious. Nowadays, my wife watches live videos on Facebook. Sellers selling their food online. Their shop have been hit by the covid 19 crisis. After ordering usually we head to the physical location.

The colour of these buns make them look savory.

These are what they look like before they are steamed. The inside of these buns filled with salted egg custard cream and when you bite it, the fluid burst in your mouth. There is a key in steaming the buns and thst is we can only steam them for six minutes and then removing them out before the filling hardens.

Food businesses either make it or break it. There is no other way around it. Some have long queues and some have no one. I wonder why? By the end of the pandemic, many are gone and have gone online.

These businesses seem to have uploaded. If their businesses do succeed online, would they even still consider opening a brick and mortar store? Their business operations would be at home.
