Waterfront view
It's was a great day to be outside. Never knew being outside was that enjoyable. The picture above is a view of the seaside and this little patch of man-made Park. Miri is represented by a Seahorse and Seahorses are seen everywhere.
Janice, my wife and Avery, my niece. I guess it's Avery's first time here. She is one year old at the moment. Haven't learnt to speak a single word yet. There wasn't many people here. Perhaps it was still in the working hours.
This is a pretty scenic view of the water Village. The locals here rely on fishing for their income and they usually sell their produce fresh off the sea. The waters here are frequented by offshore vessels and many boats that use this route to move out to sea.
This is the Seahorse that looks out to the sea. The mascot of Miri. The structure is made of some sort of metal. It is made I guess to somewhat resemble the merlion in Singapore minus the crowds.

Why?
This used to be offices for a company but have since become abandoned. Covid 19's list of victims. There are many business that have since shut down due to the pandemic and never to be seen or heard ever again.
