Baked shrimp with glass noodle กุ้งทะเลอบวุ้นเส้นคร้าบวันนี้

Hello everyone, Steemit brothers and sisters. Today I got fresh prawns from the sea. They are real shrimp. They are not naturally raised in shrimp farms. So, this menu is my favorite dish. Baked shrimp with glass noodles. It's a dish that is easy to make.

วันนี้ผมได้กุ้งสดๆมาจากทะเลมันคือกุ้งชีแฮ้ในธรรมชาติไม่ไช่กุ้งเลี้ยงในฟาร์มกุ้งนะครับ เนื้อมันจะเหนียวแน่นผิดกับกุ้งเลี้ยงมากเลยครับ ได้กุ้งนี้ก็ต้องลงเมนูโปรดจานนี้แหละครับ
กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้น มันเป็นเมนูที่ทำง่ายเหลือเชื่อครับ

Start by chopping the ginger and galangal into thin slices. Place on the bottom of the pan.

เริ่มด้วยหั่นขิ่งกับข่าเป็นชิ้นบางๆวางรองก้นกระทะ

Immersing in water glass noodle mixed with oyster sauce, Black soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper , spring onions,celery mix together and put on ginger and galangal.

เอาวุ้นเส้นแช่น้ำคลุกกับน้ำมันหอย ซีอิ้วขาว
ซีอิ้วดำ น้ำมันงา น้ำตาล พริกไทย ต้นหอม
คึ่นช่าย คลุกให้เข้ากันแล้วนำไปวางลงไปบนขิงกับข่า

Shrimp mixed with the rest sauce and then put on the glass noodles.

เอากุ้งคลุกกับซ้อสที่เหลือแล้ววางลงบนวุ้นเส้น

Put celery and spring onion on top of the shrimp Add a little water and vegetable oil.

เอาคื่นช่าย กับต้นหอม โรยลงไปบนหน้ากุ้ง
ใส่น้ำกับน้ำมันพืชเล็กน้อย

Cover the pan over low heat, bake it for 15-20 minutes. Until the shrimp is reddish

ปิดฝาตั้งไฟอ่อนอบในกระทะประมาณ15-20นาที
จนกุ้งสุกเป็นสีแดงทั่วกันดี

Open the lid and we will smell it good. Move from pan to the dish and it's ready

เปิดฝาออกมาเราจะได้กลิ่นหอมกระจายออกมาด้วย ย้ายจากกระทะลงไส่จานก็พร้อมรับประทานแล้วครับ

I secretly put it in the box to eat at school too. But is a special type Add bacon and sausage.
