Hallo liebe Community,

Heute mal ein komplett anderer Post von mir, der eigentlich gar nichts mit Splinterlands zu tun hat, aber irgendwie doch. Ich werde dir heute auch nichts Neues erzählen. Es macht Sinn, ist logisch, aber dass es mir so richtig bewusst ist, hat meine allgemeine Lebenseinstellung verändert. Und zwar schaue ich seit ein paar Tagen öfters mal bewusster auf die Details und Kleinigkeiten, und schätze diese auch weit mehr als es sonst der Fall war. Ich erzähl mal einfach.

Das Zahnrad Prinzip

Ich weiß gar nicht ob es diesen Begriff offiziell gibt, aber er resümiert folgendes ganz gut:

Ein Uhrwerk besteht aus mehreren Zahnräder unterschiedlicher Größen. Es gibt größere Zahnräder, es gibt kleinere Zahnräder. Solange alle Zahnräder fein verzahnt sind und sich alle drehen wie sie sollen, funktioniert die Uhr. Wenn jetzt aber, das auch so kleinste Zahnrad ausfällt, dann funktioniert die Uhr nicht mehr. So weit so klar!

Bewusst ist es mir geworden, als ich abends am PC saß und sehr spät schlafen ging. Später ins Bett zu gehen war zu diesem Zeitpunkt für mich ein winziges Detail dem ich keine Aufmerksamkeit schenkte. Was soll schon passieren? Naja ... am nächsten Tag habe ich dann verschlafen ... und konnte nicht wie vorgenommen um 5.30 aufstehen. Und da war sie, die Erkenntnis. Wie soll ich meine Ziele erreichen, wenn ich den Details, den Kleinigkeiten, dem kleinsten Zahnrad keine Beachtung schenke? Ich bin zum Schluss gekommen, gar nicht, denn der Prozess ist unterbrochen.

Seit dem feiere ich öfter die kleinen Erfolge, im Beruf und privat. Und es tut mir gut. In Splinterlands zum Beispiel habe ich mein Chaos Legion Deck auf Silber Max ausgebaut. Anfänglich war ich sehr enttäuscht, da ich mir mehr Effekt oder Impakt erhofft hatte. Anstatt aber sauer zu sein bin ich jetzt froh, denn ohne ein Silber Max Deck kann ich den nächsten Schritt nur schwer gehen und Gold anvisieren.

Schritt für Schritt und eins nach dem anderen.

Ohne jetzt bewerten zu wollen oder in eine philosophische Diskussion zu fallen, wollte ich diesen Gedanken mit dir teilen. Einfach so 😁

Today, a completely different post from me, which actually has nothing to do with Splinterlands, but somehow it does. I'm not going to tell you anything new today either. It makes sense, is logical, but the fact to be aware of it has changed my general attitude towards life. I now look more often at details and the "little things", and most importantly I appreciate them. Here it is:

The cogwheel principle

I don't even know if this term exists officially, but it sums it up quite well:

A clockwork consists of several gears or cogs of different sizes. There are larger ones, there are smaller ones. As long as all the cogs are finely toothed and all turn as they should, the clock works. But if even the smallest wheel fails, the clock no longer works. So far so clear!

It became aware of it, when I sat in the evening at the PC and went to sleep very late. To go to bed later was at this time for me a tiny detail to which I paid no attention. What should happen? Well ... the next day I overslept ... and could not get up at 5.30 a.m. as planned. And there it was, the realization. How can I reach my goals if I don't pay attention to the details, the "little things", the smallest cog? I came to the conclusion, not at all, the process is interrupted.

Since then, I have been celebrating the small successes, both at work and in my private life. And I feel good. In Splinterlands, for example, I upgraded my Chaos Legion deck to Silver Max. Initially I was disappointed, because I had hoped for more effect or impact. But instead of being pissed, I'm now happy because without a Silver Max deck, it's hard for me to take the next step and target Gold Max.

Now without wanting to judge or fall into a philosophical discussion, I wanted to share this thought with you. Just like that 😁
