From time to time something suspiciously rustled and rustled in the bushes. It looks like some kind of bird, I hope.

Sometimes rusty pieces of metal come across on the ground. In a past life they were guns. The wooden carriages have rotted long ago, and the metal of the cannons has not yet been surrendered.

In some places, the stairs have completely collapsed and it is unsafe to walk on them.

This is where we didn't go.

The wall near the main entrance is the best preserved. There is also an observation deck here.

And over there on the platform near the main entrance to the fort, our minibus is visible. We will soon return to it and go to Mandrem Beach, from where we started the tour.

And again, shell rock walls and a not too rusty cannon.

Surprisingly, this gun is well preserved. Even too good! And in the rainy season in Goa, everything rots and rusts.

From here you have the best view of the Arabian Sea at sunset.

Although the view towards Agonda was even more interesting.

From here you can clearly see the sandy beach of Cabo de Rama. But visiting this beach was not included in our tour.

We can say that we met the sunset, and now we will go home to meet the dawn on the Mandrem. Together with fans of yoga and physical education in the fresh air. Tomorrow we have to deal with hard and exhausting lying on beach chairs.

There will be other excursions to Goa, but not this time. Spoiler: we will visit a cool eco-hotel in the Ghats!

Ab und zu raschelte und raschelte etwas verdächtig in den Büschen. Es sieht aus wie eine Art Vogel, hoffe ich.
Manchmal stoßen rostige Metallstücke auf den Boden. In einem früheren Leben waren sie Waffen. Die hölzernen Kutschen sind längst verrottet, und das Metall der Kanonen ist noch nicht abgeliefert.
An manchen Stellen sind die Treppen vollständig eingestürzt und es ist unsicher, darauf zu gehen.
Hier sind wir nicht hingegangen.
Die Mauer in der Nähe des Haupteingangs ist am besten erhalten. Hier befindet sich auch eine Aussichtsplattform. Und dort drüben auf dem Bahnsteig neben dem Haupteingang zum Fort ist unser Kleinbus zu sehen. Wir werden bald dorthin zurückkehren und nach Mandrem Beach fahren, von wo aus wir die Tour gestartet haben.
Und wieder beschossene Felswände und eine nicht zu rostige Kanone. Überraschenderweise ist diese Waffe gut erhalten. Sogar zu gut! Und in der Regenzeit in Goa verrottet und rostet alles.
Von hier aus hat man bei Sonnenuntergang den besten Blick auf das Arabische Meer.
Wobei der Blick Richtung Agonda noch interessanter war.
Von hier aus können Sie den Sandstrand von Cabo de Rama deutlich sehen. Aber der Besuch dieses Strandes war nicht in unserer Tour enthalten.
Wir können sagen, dass wir den Sonnenuntergang getroffen haben, und jetzt werden wir nach Hause gehen, um die Morgendämmerung auf dem Mandrem zu treffen. Zusammen mit Yoga- und Sportfans an der frischen Luft. Morgen müssen wir uns mit hartem und anstrengendem Liegen auf Strandkörben auseinandersetzen.
Es wird noch andere Ausflüge nach Goa geben, aber diesmal nicht. Spoiler: Wir besuchen ein cooles Öko-Hotel in den Ghats!
